The business was started by no other than the owner himself, Allan L. Cabungcal, who is the grandson of the late Pedro O. Cabungcal, founder of the Philippine Handicrafts and previously president of the dissolved Lucban Hats & Handicrafts Inc. Grown up with this kind of business, and having been worked in his "lolo's" factory for almost a decade and a half, he chooses to follow the footsteps of his grandfather but of course wanted to build his own name that's why he established JCV Enterprise in June 2009, which is named after the initials of his children.
The business started by accepting international orders from clients who were already known to him since he was still on his previous company. These people supported him when he decided to start his own. The company also, entertain local orders (retail & wholesale) to increase it's sales. Little by little, customers who were satisfied with our works, mouthed it to their families, relatives, friends and companions thus, help us a lot in the marketing aspects. Also with the help of our website, the company gain more customers locally and abroad.
